You are the first point of contact for our customers and provide them with advice and support. You also advise and support customers with product-specific, technical questions.

Office-Management
You record the many incoming customer orders efficiently and carefully in our merchandise management system and independently take on any administrative tasks that arise. This includes maintaining customer master data, creating credit notes, complaint processing and translations of technical documentation. In this way, you ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Education & Experience
You have a solid knowledge of MS Office and initial experience in working with an inventory management system. You are familiar with the current solution variants in the IT & AV area and areinterested in acquiring extensive knowledge about our products. You have successfully completed a degree in the field of technology or are currently completing it.
