The role involves dealing with all customer pre and post-sale queries, including order updates, production of quotes and provision of delivery details. You will be able to confidently and professionally communicate with our customers face to face at our trade counter, on the telephone and also by email.<br\/><br\/>If you have experience in face to face\/remote customer service and a sales administration background with a strong attention to accuracy and detail, then this could be the next role for you.<br\/><br\/>Based in our office in Stockton-on-Tees, you enjoy being part of a team in a busy environment and working with other departments within the Lindy group as well as customers and partners.<br\/><br\/>Reporting to our Head of UK Sales.<br\/><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-lindy-key-info section section--key-info theme--light section--animation-none\"><div class=\"contained\"><div class=\"grid-2_sm-1-center\"><div class=\"col left_item\"><div class=\"box\"><h3 class=\"section__heading\">primary duties &amp; responsibilities\n<\/h3><div class=\"section__content\"><p class=\"section__content\"><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"col right_item\"><div class=\"box\"><h3 class=\"section__heading\"><\/h3><div class=\"section__content\"><p class=\"section__content\">\u2022 Order processing, providing proofs of delivery, generating invoices, responding to customer queries \u00a0<br\/><br\/>\u2022 Processing new business applications including Credit Applications via Sage 200 <br\/><br\/>\u2022 Use of Sage CRM in line with internal sales processes<br\/><br\/>\u2022 Working with the new business\/account managers to list new products and process orders<br\/><br\/>\u2022 Process and deal with customer returns<br\/><br\/>\u2022 Ensure that any issues jeopardising the completion of tasks\/objectives are brought to the immediate attention of the Sales Manager and\/or the relevant account managers<br\/><br\/>\u2022 Respond quickly and efficiently to the customers ensuring an exceptional customer experience<br\/><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-lindy-key-info section section--key-info theme--light section--animation-none\"><div class=\"contained\"><div class=\"grid-2_sm-1-center\"><div class=\"col left_item\"><div class=\"box\"><h3 class=\"section__heading\">minimum qualifications, skills &amp;
