To apply for this role, you will need:\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0Computer literate and competence using systems such as Microsoft Packages such as Dynamics, Office 365 and especially Excel\u00b7\u00a0 Able to assume responsibility for the completion of tasks in a timely manner\u00b7\u00a0Must be a team player who is adaptable with the ability to work on your own and with others\u00b7\u00a0Takes pride in your attention to detail and accuracy of work\u00b7\u00a0Strong customer focus ensuring that the customer experience is taken into account at all times\u00b7\u00a0Excellent at dealing with customers over the telephone, face to face and via email\u00b7\u00a0Able to use your initiative in identifying what needs to be done and being proactive in resolving problems and getting on with your day to day work\u00b7\u00a0Excellent verbal and written skills\u00b7\u00a0Be punctual and maintain good attendance.\u00b7\u00a0A Customer Service\/Technical Admin background is highly desirable\u00b7\u00a0Experience of working in a Sales, IT or AV environment would be advantageous<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>

\u00b7\u00a0Order processing, providing proofs of delivery, generating invoices, responding to customer queries within SLA.\u00b7\u00a0Learning about Lindy products to be able to support customer queries and keep that knowledge up to date.\u00b7\u00a0Processing new business applications including Credit Applications.\u00b7\u00a0Use of Sage CRM in line with internal sales processes\u00b7\u00a0Working with the sales executives to fulfil customer requests and demand.\u00b7\u00a0Process and deal with customer returns.\u00b7 Respond quickly and efficiently to all customers ensuring an exceptional customer experience in every channel.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n
