Pour faciliter et s\u00e9curiser la manipulation, ces caract\u00e9ristiques de classification ont \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9es en classes ou cat\u00e9gories avec des exigences minimales par divers organismes de normalisation mondiaux en ce qui concerne la largeur de bande de transmission, les types de blindage et l&rsquo;att\u00e9nuation du signal. Il en r\u00e9sulte  une plus grande souplesse, mais malheureusement aussi une plus mauvaise conductivit\u00e9 que des fils pleins (monobrin). Certaines applications qui n\u00e9cessitent en particulier des c\u00e2bles avec une bonne conductivit\u00e9 (par exemple, certaines solutions d&rsquo;extenders \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de c\u00e2bles RJ45) doivent utiliser des c\u00e2bles \u00e0 \u00e2me pleine avec conducteurs en cuivre massif. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-lindy-image-text-module section section--full-width-image full-width-image--with-text theme--light section--animation-none align--left  font--size-medium width--half\" style=\"background-image:url(https:\/\/lindy.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2019\/10\/rev\u00eatement-half_FR.jpg)\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"full-width-image__image\" src=\"https:\/\/lindy.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2019\/10\/rev\u00eatement-half_FR.jpg\"\/><div class=\"contained\"><div class=\"full-width-image__content\"><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-lindy-image-text-module section section--full-width-image full-width-image--with-text theme--light section--animation-up align--left  font--size-medium width--half\" style=\"background-image:url()\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"full-width-image__image\" src=\"\"\/><div class=\"contained\"><div class=\"full-width-image__content\"><p class=\"section__paragraph\">Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un mat\u00e9riau conducteur en aluminium rev\u00eatu de cuivre. Il utilise ce qu&rsquo;on appelle l&rsquo;effet de peau, qui garantit que les fr\u00e9quences de transmission \u00e9lev\u00e9es ne sont transmises que sur la  p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie du conducteur des c\u00e2bles de r\u00e9seau, tandis que le centre du conducteur ne transmet pratiquement aucun courant. Cela signifie que les conducteurs de c\u00e2ble \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur peuvent \u00eatre en aluminium, moins conducteur mais aussi moins cher, tandis que la couche ext\u00e9rieure doit \u00eatre en cuivre plus conducteur. Ce type de c\u00e2ble n&rsquo;est pas recommand\u00e9 pour les applications PoE, car l&rsquo;alimentation PoE (voir ci-dessus) fonctionne avec une tension continue (o\u00f9 l&rsquo;effet de peau ne se produit pas) et il faut donc s&rsquo;attendre \u00e0 un d\u00e9gagement de chaleur accru dans le c\u00e2ble \u00e0 cause de la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique plus faible de l&rsquo;aluminium.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-lindy-image-text-module section section--full-width-image full-width-image--with-text theme--light section--animation-none align--left  font--size-medium width--half\" style=\"background-image:url(https:\/\/lindy.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2019\/10\/metrique-half_FR-1.jpg)\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"full-width-image__image\" src=\"https:\/\/lindy.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2019\/10\/metrique-half_FR-1.jpg\"\/><div class=\"contained\"><div class=\"full-width-image__content\"><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-lindy-image-text-module section section--full-width-image full-width-image--with-text theme--dark section--animation-up align--left  font--size-medium width--half\" style=\"background-image:url()\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"full-width-image__image\" src=\"\"\/><div class=\"contained\"><div class=\"full-width-image__content\"><p class=\"section__paragraph\">Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un codage am\u00e9ricain pour les \u00e9paisseurs des conducteurs, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du nombre d&rsquo;\u00e9tapes n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la production des conducteurs. Plus la valeur AWG est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus le fil est fin. Les appareils r\u00e9seau (hubs, switchs, r\u00e9p\u00e9teurs, routeurs, etc.) et les terminaux (PC, serveurs, imprimantes, cam\u00e9ras, etc.) sont donc c\u00e2bl\u00e9s diff\u00e9remment \u00e0 leurs extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s selon les sp\u00e9cifications, de sorte que des connexions sont possibles avec des c\u00e2bles patch standard qui ont un c\u00e2blage droit 1:1. Cela peut rapidement devenir un probl\u00e8me avec les p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques d\u00e9port\u00e9s tels que les points d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s Wifi ou les cam\u00e9ras r\u00e9seau en raison de l&rsquo;absence de prises \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 proximit\u00e9. Certains p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques peuvent donc communiquer sans l\u2019aide d\u2019un switch <br\/> r\u00e9seau.
