We are open for business and our customer service, fulfilment and technical support departments are fully operational, with a combination of remote workers and essential on-site staff ensuring this continues.

As areas of the world increase containment measures, and the Australian Government delivers daily guidance, we wanted to share our plans and current status.

Remote Working & Essential Staffing
We are open for business and our customer service, fulfilment and technical support departments are fully operational, with a combination of remote workers and essential on-site staff ensuring this continues.
Office & Premises
Extra hygiene measures have been put in place that include:
– Our office is closed to all non-essential visitors and counter sales have been suspended
– Order collection is still available by prior arrangement
– Extra cleaning of our office and warehouse with specific focus on contact points
– All staff increasing hand washing when entering & leaving the building
– Close monitoring of staff to ensure no one with symptoms is present at any time.
– Continued adherence to the guidance given by the Australian Government
– Minimising the risk of infection by implementing remote working and rotation of core staff with extra hygiene and distancing measures in place.
National & International Events
While Lindy are active attendees and exhibitors at AV & IT events and tradeshows throughout the world, the risk level currently means that we have suspended attendance and participation at these events until further notice.
Travel
All international travel has been suspended throughout the Lindy group until further notice.
