Join our Global Sales Team at Lindy in Barcelona, Spain at the earliest opportunity!

Your main tasks in our remote working Sales team, based in Europe:

–  Market Analysis & Business Development
You keep a constant eye on our sales figures and all market trends. From this, you derive your visionary and success oriented B2B customer strategy, always with a focus on sustainable sales growth in the Spanish market.

–  Acquisition & Growth
You identify, acquire, and grow strategically important key customers for Lindy in Spain. Your focus is on long-term, customer-oriented, and sustainable business relationships. Therefore, you are constantly ‘on the road’, delivering innovative, reliable, and transparent support.

–  Strategy & Target Tracking
You make our global sales strategy your own and develop accordingly the sales strategy for Spain. You do annual AOP planning, setting sales targets and define new target clients.

Your qualification profile

–  Personality
As a sales hunter you are passionate about constantly expanding your customer base and providing the best possible support to your Key Accounts. You have an outstanding ability to adapt in dynamic situations and can adapt to different people and cultures in the best possible way. You are only satisfied when you have achieved your sales goals.

–  Working method
You are always one step ahead. Your outstanding self-discipline and independence help you to develop new ideas and solutions under time pressure. Your communication skills and negotiation skills help you to achieve the greatest possible success. Remote working and intercultural cooperation are a matter of course for you.

– Know-how
You are experienced in the field of IT and A/V, B2B area, sales marketing and business development and can put your strategic and tactical knowledge to profitable use. Professionally you have a good knowledge of IT and AV connection technology and can find the perfect solution for your customer with your technical enthusiasm. On top of this you have experience in the B2B sector, and you are familiar with multinational companies. Knowledge and experience in indirect channel sales (distributors, dealers, and system integrators) are preferential factors.

– Education & Experience
You can look back on more than 5 successful years of professional experience in indirect sales or a degree in business administration with 3 years of professional experience in indirect sales.

– Flexibility & travel
You like to travel and always have your mobile workspace with you. In addition, you are
flexible and like to work in a remote working team.
