LINDY Elektronik GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) is hosting a dinner on 31st January 2024 in Barcelona. As part of the event, photo and video recordings (hereinafter referred to as “Recordings”) of the participants will be taken. In this context, the Organizer informs the participants below in accordance with Art. 13, 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding the processing of their personal data:

The Recordings will be created and used for online advertising purposes. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. It serves our legitimate interest in documenting the event. - Categories of personal data
Recordings of the participants, location, and time of the recordings, […]. - Recipients of personal data
The Organizer has commissioned Alvaro Gonzalez as an external photographer for the creation of the Recordings. The Recordings will not be disclosed to third parties. - Storage duration
Recordings that are not used after the event will be promptly deleted. The used recordings will be stored for a maximum duration of 2 weeks and then deleted. - Rights of the depicted person
The depicted person has the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), correction or deletion (Art. 16 and 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) against the Organizer. In addition, the depicted person has the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of data by the Organizer.
If we base the processing of Recordings on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR), the depicted person may object to the processing for reasons arising from their particular situation (Art. 21(1) GDPR).
